Publication & Indexation

The WIGATI – International Conference offers a fast-track publication opportunity at the Revista Brasileira de Pesquisa em Turismo (RBTUR). Authors of papers selected for the fast-track will be invited to submit their manuscripts to RBTUR. Upon submission, these manuscripts will be sent directly for peer review. Final publication decisions will be based on reviewers’ recommendations and the journal’s editorial final assessment.

RBTUR is indexed in major international databases, including Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection (Emerging Sources Citation Index – ESCI) and DOAJ, ensuring strong international visibility and academic impact.

Registration

After the acceptance of the article for presentation, either in person or virtually, at the Wigati and subsequent publication, the registration process begins. The conference registration fees include taxes, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, certificates, and access to the work sessions.

Important Note:

• Each registration allows the submission of up to 2 articles as the first author
• After the article has been accepted, the registration fee must be paid within 10 days.
• The articles can be written in Portuguese, Spanish, or English
• The first line of the manuscript must include “WIGATI 2026”

• Submissions must be in Word format, with a maximum of 10,000 words, following APA style (7th edition)
